Classes
These classes are designed to offer a variety of activities for those at different levels of fitness. Each class will take place in outdoor spaces that will be conveniently located in Sarasota and Manatee counties, and easily accessible (weather permitting).
Fit Model and Bikini posing sessions will be held indoors.
Pull Your Weight I
By combining resistance bands and free weights this beginner level class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work.
Walk This Way
Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.
Running Man
Run (or walk) for 1 mile, 5k, 10k or longer at your own pace or with a friend. This course can be completed in a single loop or you can repeat it for your longer runs.
Pull Your Weight II
Here we incorporate cardio intervals between resistance exercises to help you build leaner muscles. This class is for those who have taken at least four sessions of Pull Your Weight I.
Sunrise to Sunset
This is our favorite weekend activity. More than a class, this outdoor activity is designed to be fun! This 3 mile walk is great for the early risers or for those looking to wind down the day along lakes, preserves or beaches.
Strike A Pose
Calling all Fit Models and Bikini Athletes looking to learn how to walk, pose and create a routine to showcase their hard work on the stage. Bring your heels and posing suit!
